Skincare ordered will be shipped within 2-4 business days. Tracking number will be automatically updated and sent to your email.
Complimentary shipping via USPS
Kana Skincare is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages (including inaccurate addresses inputted as customer personal information) after package has shipped.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped and in transit to destination. Please email us at email@example.com so we can help you resolve any issue you may have, as soon as we can.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
All of Kana Skincare products are made with 100% all natural, raw ingredients, in small batches to ensure quality and freshness of our products. Color and scent may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Our skincare is packaged in premium glass jars/bottles, if any product arrives to you damaged or broken, please contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours) with photos of damaged products. We will replace the items with another shipment your way!
We want to make sure you are happy! If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why. If you are allergic to our products, please reach out within 10 days upon receiving your order, we will gladly take the product back in exchange for store credit or refund to you. There must be 50% or more product present in the jar/bottle.
Unfortunately, Kana Skincare is not responsible for any return shipping costs nor lost packages during transit to our facility. Initial shipping cost is not available for refund as it goes straight to USPS or another delivery courier of your choice at the time of ordering.
